City of Corpus Christi

Franchise Fee

City of Corpus Christi approved an ordinance for the collection of the increase in the franchise fee effective December 31, 2019. Each ESI within the city limits will be assessed $0.0001208 per kWh each month. AEP will bill Retail Electric Providers the above charge which may be passed to retail electricity customers.

City of Lewisville

Franchise Fee on Discretionary Service Charges in the City of Lewisville

For services (such as move-ins, disconnects, reconnects, clearance requests, etc.), the City of Lewisville assesses an additional municipal franchise fee of 4% to TNMP’s standard discretionary fees which will be billed to Retail Electric Providers and may be passed through to retail electricity customers.

City of Texas City

Franchise Fee on Discretionary Service Charges in the City of Texas City

For services (such as move-ins, disconnects, reconnects, clearance requests, etc.), the City of Texas City assesses an additional municipal franchise fee of 4% to TNMP’s standard discretionary fees which will be billed to Retail Electric Providers and may be passed through to retail electricity customers. Franchise Fee City of Texas City passed a new rider for collecting franchise fees within the city limits of Texas City. The following fees are effective January 1, 2017 and are assessed as follows:

• Non Transmission Service Customers (including residential and business)

$0.0014608 per kWh

• Transmission level Service Customers

• $0.0005750 per kWh

These fees will be billed to Retail Electric Providers and may be passed through to retail electricity customers.

City of Irving

Underground Facilities and Cost Recovery Fee

The City of Irving has adopted an Agreement for Underground Facilities and Cost Recovery which establishes an Underground Facilities Cost Recovery Factor (UFCRF) for all ESI IDs within the city limits of Irving. Oncor will bill the UFCRF on 810_02 invoices for all ESI IDs within the city limits of Irving beginning on December 22, 2020. The UFCRF is expected to expire after 12 months.

The following monthly UFCRF rates will apply:
