We strive to fit your exact needs with your very first 4Change Energy plan, but sometimes needs can change. If you decide you're not completely satisfied with your plan within 30 days of your enrollment1, we’re prepared to make it right. We’ll work with you to resolve whatever you’re not happy about or to find another 4Change Energy term plan that better fits your needs.
Still need something more? While we hate to lose a customer, we’ll let you out of your contract—penalty free—as long as you contact us by phone within 30 days of your enrollment2. Upon cancellation, you will be responsible for paying for the electricity you have used, but we will waive your cancellation fee.
