Is your power out, or do you need to report an outage? There are several reasons that your power could be out like a utility pole that's fallen, equipment failure or severe weather. If there has been no severe weather in your area double check in MyAccount that your most recent bill has been paid.
If your bill is paid but you still find that your power is out then follow the proper protocals and then contact your local Transmission and Distribution Utility (TDU) directly. They will be able to assist you fastest in restoring power to your area and home.
Steps to reporting an outage
1. See if your neighbors have power.
2. If they have power, check your electic panel for a tripped circuit breaker.
3. If the circuit breakers look fine then locate and notify your TDU below.
