Power Outage Help

Is your power out, or do you need to report an outage? There are several reasons that your power could be out, like a utility pole that's fallen, equipment failure, or severe weather. If there has been no severe weather in your area, double-check in MyAccount that your most recent bill has been paid.

If your bill is paid but you still find that your power is out, then follow the proper protocols and then contact your local Transmission and Distribution Utility (TDU) directly. They will be able to assist you fastest in restoring power to your area and home.
