Account Maintenance FAQs

Our systems are currently going through maintenance and upgrades during this holiday weekend, and we are unable to use our systems while these activities occur.  We chose the holiday weekend to perform the maintenance and upgrades as it is typically our slowest time of this part of the year and the TDUs are closed. 

Your account has been protected through Thursday of next week to allow you time to review your bill and make a payment online or call us Monday or Tuesday once the maintenance and upgrades are complete.  You will not incur any late fees due to these activities.

I want to make a payment to avoid disconnection of service.
We completely understand your service interruption concern, and we want to assure you that we have protected your account from service interruption until Thursday, April 5th to allow you time to make a payment online in your MyAccount on Monday or Tuesday.

I received an email stating my bill is ready and I want to see my bill.
During these maintenance and upgrade activities, we are unable to show you your invoice, and that is why we protected your account from service interruption until Thursday, April 5th to allow you time to view your invoice in your MyAccount on Monday or Tuesday.

What’s my due date/balance due?
Due to these maintenance and upgrade activities, we are unable to provide your due date or balance, and that is why we protected your account from service interruption until Thursday, April 5th to allow you time to view your due date/balance due in your MyAccount  on Monday or Tuesday.

Can you tell me if my payment posted? I see it withdrawn from my bank account.
We are unable to view payment activity during this maintenance and upgrade time period, and that is why we protected your account from service interruption until Thursday, April 5th to allow you time to view your payment activity in your MyAccount on Monday or Tuesday. We’ll be open those days, so please don’t hesitate to call us back Monday or Tuesday and we can confirm your payment activity if needed.

How can I reach 4Change Energy if I can’t call?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. We’ll respond to all inquiries on Monday, April 2, 2018 once the maintenance and upgrades are complete.
